We are in an expansive phase with many possibilities for a person who likes to influence the ways of working and sees challenges as a way to develop. Are you an ambitious Business Controller that can support business on operational, tactical and on a strategic level? Are you comfortable leading financial improvement projects and models? The business controller we are looking for will:
• Drive the budgeting and forecasting process and support managers.
• Perform monthly follow up on budget including reporting, variance analysis, root cause investigation and mitigating acts.
• Lead customer profitability analysis and calculation of product cost
• Review monthly trends and follow up based on customer price, FTE and API.
• Analyze KPI's and the cost improvement catalogue.
• Drive the after-calculation analysis for customer projects and take ownership presenting forecast for new projects in close collaboration with Operations and Sales.
• Establish global business analysis models by utilizing information in our ERP (Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012) and Business Intelligence system (QlikSense).
• Provide input that enables performance development.
• Long term business planning.
To become successful in this role we believe you have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience from Business Controlling and have MBA degree or equivalent. We see that you are a skilled in leading projects and deliver results with high quality and in time. You work independent and have the ability to analyze, compare and interpret facts quickly. Since you will be interacting with most part of the business your skills in communication and building trust is key. In this position you will work in close collaboration with the CFO, Finance Director as well with the Local General Manager, Department Managers, Global Finance and Sales & Marketing.
If you are a super-user of Excel and it is an advantage as well as if you have experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012. A background within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry is beneficial or if you have experience from a manufacturing company. Since our company language is English, you are fluent in both oral and writing.
