hela Sverige With the business in focus your key responsibilities will be to:
• Drive Customer Service Office owned financial controls and kpi's
• Ensure reported financial results reflect a true and fair representation of underlying business.
• Control over quality, accuracy, completeness and timeliness of Costs and Revenue
• Prepare and review CM1 reports as required by different stakeholders to ensure CM1 reported is accurate and complete
• Ensure visibility and timely reporting of financial operational processes and related targets
• Support the Management in providing value added analytical support related to performance management of the Customer Service Office, linked to job costing, profitability, pre-alert timeliness, identify opportunities of revenue leakage.
• Business partner in implementation of new big clients from job costing, invoicing and designing financial operations processes
• Collaboration in the European Business Controller community to drive best practice sharing.
• Ensure adherence to CSO RICC (Risk and Control compliance) control requirements
• Internal Company Billing (ICB) focal point
We believe the ideal candidate has:
• +3 years' experience within the logistics sector within Ocean freight/Supply Chain Management and in depth knowledge around operational procedures linked to business and financial aspects.
• In-depth knowledge of Damco's core systems SAP and BlueJay is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills
• Great communication skills and strong stakeholder management.
• Fluency in Swedish and English
