Sandvik Coromant Business Control in Gimo takes an active part in achieving Sandvik Coromant's objectives. We aim to be true business partners: supporting decision-making and performance management by securing high quality processes and providing efficient, reliable and proactive financial analysis. We are now looking for a skilled and ambitious Business Controller for the Inserts Production Plant in Gimo, the largest plant at site as well as the largest inserts plant within the Sandvik Group globally. Key performance areas
As a Business Controller, you coach and guide managers in production, striving to reach the best possible results in operational efficiency. You are part of a network of business controllers in similar roles and work with colleagues at all levels. You are also the communication bridge between production, finance in Gimo and central finance teams within Sandvik Machining Solutions. You work with reporting, analyzing financial information and compiling budgets, forecasts and book closings. Additionally, improving our financial processes and ensuring valid business analysis are areas of your responsibility. In this position, you are also an active member of the management team for Inserts in Gimo.
We are looking for someone with a degree in Finance and experience from similar controller positions, preferably from a manufacturing business. You have a profound interest in the finance area and are eager to develop your skills further. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential and knowledge in SAP is beneficial. As we operate in an international environment, you need excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
