www.lactalis.fr Are you a business minded controller? This is an excellent opportunity for you to join an experienced controlling team working in a fast moving company in an international environment.
You will play an essential role in the forecasting process, ensure follow-up on key performance indicators, and provide high quality input for decisions. You will have a focus on ensuring that the core teams have a good understanding of which products drive revenue and margin. Your main internal customers are Commercial Directors, Key Account Managers and Brand Managers.
You are flexible and not afraid of taking on new responsibilities. You have a pro-active approach, and try to solve issues before they become a problem. You have high quality standards, and are good at setting priorities.
The position is placed at Skånemejeriers Head Office in Malmö and you will report to Head of Controlling. You will be part of a controlling organization, covering Skånemejerier Group. The controlling teams are supporting all functions, including Industrial, Supply Chain, Milk Collection, Warehouse, HR, Purchase, Financial, Marketing and Commercial.
Your to-do list will feature:
• analysis and follow-up on customers, projects, business cases
• analysis and follow-up on main product segments and volumes
• preparation and analysis of full P&L
• forecasting on customer and product level
• follow-up on market campaigns, cost and effect on sales volumes
• reporting to management. You will be a key player in the preparation of Skånemejerier internal monthly reporting.
• close work with legal entities (Lindahls Mejeriprodukter AB, Skånemejerier Storhushåll AB).
• adhoc analysis when required.
• continuous improvement of routines and processes
Profile
The role requires:
• a degree in Finance and Business administration or equivalent
• minimum of 5 years experiences in controlling and reporting, including work with commercial entities and / or FMCG.
• experience from working in a fast paced (international) company with tight deadlines
• high proficiency in Excel, and experience from ERP system

Since the position involves international contacts, fluency in English is a must.Travel required is estimated to less than 10 days per year. If you in addition to the above have experience from working with M3 and Qlikview, and / or experience from the food or dairy industry, it is considered an advantage.
