hela Sverige We are searching for a Business Controller, who will work closely with our 8 business units in Europe and in the US, with main purpose to drive profitable growth.
Business Controller
HQ, Mölndal, Sweden
This is an opportunity for a business driven controller to make a real difference and influence our group's sales performance and profitability. You will serve as a true business partner for our business units and cooperate with the global finance team.
This means that you will work closely with the leadership team in all subsidiaries supporting them in finding synergies, sales and market analyses, utilize best practice and business plan follow up. From time to time you will also be leading business development projects.
You will work in an international environment, where the position is based at the global headquarter in Mölndal, Sweden and will include some travelling to Qmatic subsidiaries in Europe and in the US. You report to the VP Direct Sales.
Your background
We believe you have a degree in Business/Finance and 7-10 years of relevant experience combined with a solid knowledge in accounting and P/L responsibility from an international company. The right candidate is an analytical and consultative person who enjoys working with people from different cultures. Additionally you should be a driven, independent and entrepreneurial person with ability to perform both strategic and operational tasks. As communication skills is key in this role we expect you to be fluent in English, both written and spoken; any additional language skill is an advantage.
