Job description
During the spring, our CFO will re-locate to our growing office in San Francisco. We therefore need to enhance our organization in our Malmö HQ with a Business Controller
As Business Controller you will lead our administration team of currently five people. You will assist our CFO in all aspects of finance and accounting, human resources, payroll, accounts payable and cash management.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Manage our reporting process; including monthly and quarterly reporting Provide forecasting and financial analysis support to business management Support project managers with project monitoring and risk assessment Ensure that our accounting- and control activities run smoothly.
About you
We expect you to be energetic and positive, and be able to inspire your team. You have a good business sense and are both willing and able to work with- and support many stakeholders. Communication, analytical skills and a proactive mindset are key.
A suitable educational background may be a university degree in Finance and/or Economics. We would also like you to bring at least 2-3 years of experience in business control or related areas.
We use Xledger as our financial management system. If you are proficient in this, great - otherwise you will do a deep-dive into this later.
