As Business Controller you will have the following responsibilities: Ensure that accounts payable are paid in a timely manner.
Taking active part in the development of business processes and procedures, methods, information and systems as well as strategies and action plans in order to improve business performance and company profitability.
Closing of books and running accounting efficiency, complying with time schedules as well as with accounting and quality standards.
Take part in reporting- and consolidation, monthly, quarterly and yearly.
Support subsidiaries within your field. Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor or master's degree in Finance, business administration or equivalent.
4+ years within accounting, analysis, audit and/or controlling. Experience from a Turkish company with HQ in Turkey is advantage.
Experience with multinational companies, and preferably Scandinavian regional set ups.
Experience in the transport, shipping line, logistics, or airline sectors will be prioritized.
Experience with consolidation, financial- and group reporting.
Financial process improvement experience, preferably from a highly structured environment.
SAP and HFM experience is preferred Language wise you would need to understand at least one of the Scandinavian languages, English should be fluent, and we will also prioritize candidates with the ability to talk and understand Turkish.
