Business Partner for Nordics General Manager and Business Unit leaders Accountable for delivering financial targets as part of the management team. Monitor, analyse and interpret the macroeconomic environment to help provide understanding of impact on the business in the Nordic region. Evaluate business performance against strategy, highlighting deviations and recommending actions to course correct where necessary. Work with commercial business partners to drive pricing strategy. Review and understand operating expense ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of investment. Support and advise on the execution of Business Unit and Regional strategies at company level, providing visibility to local and regional management Provide sound financial analyses for new business opportunities, assisting local companies gain share and accelerate growth Key Customer Account support (sales, cost, and GP by account, hospital, franchise) Provide Financial analysis on local bids Business Planning & Updates Prepare Country Business Plan, Updates & implement appropriate review processes, aligned with the regional process. Meet all local and regional planning requirements. Ongoing analysis of Country financial results. Liaise with supply chain, operations and tax. Liaise with Shared Services providers as required Reporting. Maintain adequate system of Internal Controls including SOX Responsible for accuracy of reported results. Accountable for local transaction processes in legacy. Synthes pending integration or transfer to shared service organisation. Statutory responsibility including preparation of accounts and legal audits for the 4 Nordics Synthes legal entities. Liaise with Shared Services providers as required Drive process improvements & efficiency to support the needs of the business.

Experience of working in an international, complex matrix organisation. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration. Minimum 5 years relevant working experience within an international Sales Finance environment. Outstanding communication skills, ability to communicate at different levels of the organization. Handle working in a busy and complex environment. Dealing with deadlines and periods of high workload.Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to explain financial issues to non-financial individuals. Fluency in English since the corporate language is English. Good Excel skills required. User experience with SAP lynx, SAP P01 preferable MBA or equivalent financial qualification (eg. CIMA, ACCA) required.
