About the role
We are looking for a Business Controller to take the next step in their career, becoming a team member of our Group finance function in Stockholm. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-paced environment with a highly motivated and international team.
As a Business Controller, you will play a key role in the performance management of our business. You will have an important role in helping the organization reach the financial targets and foster a sound and solid business controlling practice. You will report directly to Head of Business Control and work closely with all key stakeholders of the business.

We believe that you have at least 3-5 years of experience from working as a business controller or similar role prefferably in an international environment. Having a good understanding of accounting practices, budget processes and the book closing narrative are essential. We think that you also have a good general business sense and find yourself quickly grasping what the key profitability drivers are when examining a new business. Moreover, you either already are or aspire to be an Excel wizard; you find it satisfying to build neat and clever spreadsheet models.
Main focus in this role will be
• Monthly financial analysis
• Monthly business reviews of all areas (MBR)
• Short term financial planning with yearly budgets and quarterly forecasts
• Long term financial planning support and bouncing board
• Business case calculations to evaluate business opportunities
• General support to our central and local finance teams
Who are you
We are a rapidly growing company which would be an ideal move for a person who has a drive to continually improve and wants to contribute to the journey we are on.
• Relevant academic degree preferably within accounting/ financial steering or similar
• 3-5 years experience in various financial positions, preferably within the business control area. Audit firm background is meriting but not a pre-requisite
• Fluent in English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing
