The role
As Business Controller at Majority you will be part of an outgoing and successful team of 5 people and report to the Head of Finance. You will frequently work directly with the COO and within short, you will be a person who truly understands the ins and outs of the Majority business. The position offers tasks such as budget and forecasting, business casing, investor presentation creation, and also development of the processes behind these tasks.
Main tasks
Overall responsible for preparing budgets and forecasts
Analyzing monthly results, prepare reports, action plans and initiate follow-ups
Craft optimization and improvement plans
Creating business cases for different products and departments
Analyzing KPI's and introducing and developing new ones
Prepare presentations for business review meetings
Responsible for pricing
Various ad hoc projects and tasks
We are looking for
A fast learning, proactive and thorough individual ready to grow with Majority. A person who likes to work and dig into data together with key stakeholders and who thrives in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. We need someone who enjoys getting things done with a can-do attitude and who is a master in Excel and in creating business cases.
To be a successful candidate you have
3+ years of work experience within controlling or FP&A
University degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Proven business acumen
Excellent financial and analytical skills
Attention to detail, thoroughness and high level of accountability
Strong English both oral and written
Strong Excel skills
