This is a consulting assignment for at least six month with location in Stockholm.
The center in this role is within Finance, Accounting and IT (SAP). As a Business Controller you will be in the centre of the action where product meets business. You will be working closely with Product Owners, development teams and other stakeholders, helping to make sure that the product development is in line with the business needs. The Business Controller believes in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, safety and trust. Working with a focus on value creation, growth and serving customers with full ownership and accountability. Delivering exceptional customer and results.
You need to deeply understand and have insight of when material meet critical points and define appropriate business, product and quality metrics and key success indicators.
• Further develop a deep understanding of the existing business area using data and user insights to build material that will help make business.
• Support the procuction planning and develop a strong understanding of the product and define appropriate business, product and quality metrics and key success indicators.
• Be a part of testing the efficacy of new product releases and features.
• Support in the definition of acceptance criteria etc as well as support the product team with feature testing when needed.
Who we are looking for?
To be our perfect match you have at least 5 years documentated experience within in finance or a simular role with good knowledge of the SAP system. You are a person who want to se result and you are a proactive doer who loves to work with details as well as the the big picture to meet the capacity request. Further more you are ability to solve complex functional problems and set up relevant business KPIs. Strong communication skills and bility to build connections between many different stakeholders and team will also be some important part of this role.
