hela Sverige An international company within the skin care industry positioned in Halland is now looking for a Business Controller.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Financial Reporting
- Drive and lead the process of budgeting, forecasting, reporting and annual accounts
- Follow up P&L, Cash and Inventory versus budget and forecast
- Elaborate synthesis and reports to support Board decision making process
- Make and follow up liquidity forecasts
Business analysis
- Elaborate profitability analysis to monitor performance by Channel, Products and POS
- Implement operational KPI Dashboards
- Create template for POS opening and cost follow up
- Other Ad hoc analysis: pricing, liabilities, investment...
Projects & Processes
- Participate in existing project groups with analytical and financial contribution
- Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies, controls and reporting systems
- Make and supervise sales and purchase contracts, with internal and external legal support
Profile
- 5/7 years experience in a Finance role within the consumer industry
- Ability to work in a team and build business partner relationship with operational teams
- Comfortable in a international environment
- Organizational and communication skills
- Well written and spoken English and Swedish
General description
You will have a hands-on role in the planning, leadership and development of all financial activities such as budgeting, reporting, auditing, accounting.
You will be responsible for the company's process in financial analyzing and following up on projects, budgets, sales, results, costs, efficiency.
You will be expected to proactively contribute to the development of the company's general efficiency, financial maintenance and stability, collaborating with all departments.
You will be responsible for analyzing scenarios, consequences and potential of the company's development plans.
