Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Business Controller to oversee and optimize our financial performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive key financial initiatives and support decision-making processes.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain financial models to analyze business performance and forecast future trends.
• Monitor key financial metrics and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with various departments to create and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
• Conduct variance analysis and identify areas for improvement in financial processes.
• Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators.
• Contribute to the development of financial policies and procedures to enhance internal controls.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions that may impact the business.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CMA, CPA) is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Business Controller or similar role in a dynamic corporate environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Knowledge of relevant accounting principles and regulations.
