hela Sverige We are now looking for an additional business controller to join the Nordic Business Controlling Team in Malmö.
The Nordic Business Controlling Department is a shared service center providing Business Controlling/Intelligence and Internal Control services to different stakeholders in the Nordic organization.
The department is organized in a matrix structure with functional areas being one dimension and result producing units the other. Each controller in the team is responsible for one or more of our internal customer, which can be either a functional manager or manager for a result unit.
The department is also responsible for processes such as the monthly management reporting of performance to Group; investments, target and reforecast.
In this position, you will
• Produce, collect and comment monthly management reporting for your respective area of responsibility
• Support management with financial analysis and give recommendations on potential actions for improvement
• Support management with calculations for decision making and the building of business cases
• Drive budget and forecasting processes for your respective area of responsibility
• Develop and implement Nordic templates and KPI analysis for your respective functional area of responsibility
Your profile as a successful candidate
• An academic degree within Finance or Business Administration
• 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Proactive and with a "can-do" attitude
• Advanced Excel user, knowledge in SAP is a plus
• Fluent in English and one Scandinavian language
