Finance - Corporate projects and Contract management
We are looking for a Business Controller who will work with Corporate projects and Contract management for strategic co-operations, acquisitions, divestments and other contractual arrangements. You act in an international environment together with cross-functional teams to capture future business opportunities.
We are looking for a person with great experience of external and internal collaborations, project management and complex business transactions. You have a personal drive to change, great communication skills, ability to enthuse and holistic view. You enjoy working as part of a team, but also have the ability to act independently.
Main Tasks:
* External and internal collaborations
* Actively participate in corporate projects where the team is responsible to ensure good business case, balancing risks, compliance to policies and procedures, evaluate impact on financials, efficient processes etc.
* Contract management including finance governance structure, preparation of management reports and realisation of business case
* Finance project lead for Corporate projects
* Understand industry and market standards and act upon rapid changes in the environment
* Monitor, analyse and act upon business performance
Qualifications:
* University degree in Finance, MBA or equivalent
* Fluent in English and Swedish
* 10 - 15 years of relevant working experience
* Experience from working in management teams
* Great analytical skills, strong business understanding and balanced risk approach.
* Holistic view with an eye for details
* High integrity
* Excellent organizer
