Our team develops processes, methods and tools related to project portfolio management, project management and business administration. This area is of significant importance to improve the return on the Volvo Group's product development investments.
We are now looking for Business Consultants within the areas of Product Quality, Cost & Profitability and Project Management to join our team. These positions offer a stimulating and dynamic work environment, as well as the opportunity to deepen your expertise.
Main responsibilities
You will in your area of expertize contribute to the development and maintenance of efficient processes and tools.
Location
The position is based in Gothenburg, but is expected to serve all sites where Group Trucks Technology is present. Travel may be needed occasionally.

Required qualifications
Experience from business process improvement initiatives will be strongly meriting. We also consider proven stakeholder management and teambuilding skills, as well as experience from product development, process management, and organization change management as meriting.
Successful applicants should have at least 3 years of experience from their area of expertize - Product Development, Cost & Investment Analysis, or Project Management. You are expected to be highly skilled in business analysis, and skilled in stakeholder management. Furthermore, you have presentation skills and are good at priority setting.
Experience from business process improvement initiatives will be strongly meriting. We also consider experience from product development, process management and organization change management as meriting.
As we work in a global organization, it is important to have a good command of the English language, as well as understanding and draw value from diversity.
You have a Master 's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent. Certifications or educational specializations relevant to the role are also meriting.
