Product (vehicles and services) cyber security is of increasing strategic importance for Volvo Group as critical enabler for the business and product focused areas: connectivity, automation and electromobility. Product Cyber Security department at Volvo Group Trucks Technology is the centralized function within Volvo Group with the mission to drive the holistic product cyber security management strategy and implementation together with cross function organizations to secure that product cyber security are managed in line with Volvo Group business and product strategy to create value for our customers and the society.
Now we are looking for new colleagues as business consultant and/or senior project manager to lead and contribute to the different initiatives to accomplish our mission. Our Main Activities and Core Responsibilities:
• Drive the development of holistic product cyber security management strategy and framework
• Drive the cross function continuous risk management
• Drive the holistic product risk assessment and reporting
• Drive and coordinate the cross function incident response
• Drive the development of product cyber security management process and IT solutions

Profile and qualifications:
• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Management
• Experience of cyber security risk management frameworks and international standards
• Experience of developing and delivering cyber security awareness and culture
• Experience of cyber security risk assessment and reporting
• Experience of cyber security operation management, for example: asset management, vulnerability management, threat intelligence and incident response
• Experience of cyber security threat analysis, e.g. threat modeling and attack vectors
• CISSP or similar professional certificate as a merit
• Understanding of IT and/or automotive cyber security design principals, architecture concepts and development process
• Understanding and experience in embedded and/or automotive product and systems
• Integrity, can-do attitude and action oriented
• Solid collaboration skills and passion to lead cross function and multi-culture teams
• Strong inter-personal skills, communication and change leadership attributes
• Strong analytical skills
• Good knowledge in English, both written and spoken
