Your mission
In the dynamic environment of Epiroc, your role as a dedicated Business Calling Support technician is pivotal for the efficient maintenance management of critical IT applications. Working closely with key business stakeholders, you'll comprehend unique processes and deliver precise support. Reporting directly to the Manager of IT Business Calling Intelligence, you'll collaboratively engage with diverse teams, including Business Calling Specialists at Level 3 support. Your influence spans globally, managing solutions like Cisco Jabber, Genesys, and MS Team External Calling within Business Calling Intelligence. Operationally, tasks include ELA, Incident and Problem Management, Voice Gateway Monitoring, Project Coordination, Troubleshooting, and proactive monitoring of Business Calling Intelligence.
Tactically, you'll enhance Business Calling Intelligence through change processes, project participation, and contribution to process development. The role doesn't involve specific strategic responsibilities, with authorization aligned with The Epiroc Way, Epiroc IT strategy, and security policies.

Your profile
With 2-3 years of IT Support experience, preferably in a multinational organization, you bring a solid foundation. An essential understanding of business processes, coupled with a university degree or equivalent working experience, is crucial. Demonstrating deep knowledge of Business Calling functionality, proficiency in Cisco Jabber and Voice Gateway Monitoring, and a working knowledge of LAN/WAN, data networks, and protocols are expected. Your logical mindset enables complex analysis, complemented by proficiency in written and spoken English.
Success in this role hinges on a strong collaborative spirit, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, an enterprising personality, and the ability to deliver within given frames. Good analytical and administration skills are also expected, contributing to the dynamic and innovative culture at Epiroc.

Location and travel
This position can be located in one of Epiroc IT Hub Locations: Perth (Australia), Prague (Czech Republic), Santiago (Chile), Nanjing (China), Bangalore (India), Boksburg (South Africa) Örebro or Stockholm (Sweden) or Garland (USA). In case a candidate from a different country applies and is successful, international assignment terms and conditions may apply.
