The key responsibilities of the role include:
• Manage and lead M&A projects from initial query to completion.
• Work closely with external lawyers and consultants to execute M&A deals and also to resolve complex transaction issues and negotiate terms and
conditions into final contracts for clients.
• Advise clients with respect to strategic transactions and corporate governance.
• Represent clients on international transactions such as acquisition, joint ventures, and commercial arrangements.
• Review and negotiated business documents, such as stockholders' agreements, merger and acquisition agreements, etc.
• Carry out due diligence and business valuation
• Identify strategic investment or divestment opportunities and communicate recommendations to Management.
• Represent Swedish and international clients in legal and business events in Middle East region and assist clients with business formations, including
filing business documents and foreign company registrations, partnership agreements, creating articles of incorporation, and obtaining professional
licenses.
• Researching market conditions and developments
• Provide training courses for Swedish and international companies on legal, practical and strategic issues arising when doing business in Middle East.
• Document translation from Arabic to English and vice versa of variety of legal and business documents, including presentation, prospects, codes of
conduct, contracts, minutes and other company secretarial documents.
• Develop and manage all aspects of relationships with clients and strategic partner from Middle East.

Qualifications:
• 10 -15 years' experience from M&A services and had responsibility to manage, negotiate and close transactions.
• B.Sc. in business law, Finance, Economics, Accounting or other equivalent areas with strong academic performance.
• Strong team spirit and great interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational abilities.
• Committed and good negotiator
• Managerial and leadership skills
• Knowledge of the business objectives and processes of various and complex environments
• Demonstrate excellent analytical skills in proposing well-founded conclusions
• Ability to prioritize and manage a multitude of projects simultaneously under tight timelines.
• Demonstrated initiative, autonomy, adaptability, maturity and sound judgment
• Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a requirement. Additional languages are preferred.

Your role is dealing with a broad mix of work ranging from M&A, commercial law and business development. You should also know how to build long-term and close relationships with potential and existing clients from both Sweden and Middle East. You have a burning desire to succeed, are long-term client development oriented, highly motivated, and persistent. You believe you can be the best, and are willing to prove it.
