Based on our success, we 're ready to take the next step to even more, strengthen our position in the market. That 's why our new Strategy and Business Development unit is looking for new team members to join, to continue to develop our business and increase our market share.

The Business Area manager is a key position in our growth and we 're seeking for new colleagues, ready to take on a real challenge. As Business Area Manager, your work is to secure that your Business Area is unique and well positioned in the market, and together with our sales team, deliver on your Business Area 's quota.

The position demands experience in product/service market positioning and offer packaging coupled with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate has an outstanding ability to influence others through credible actions and effective negotiations. Required is interest in and ability to solve problems and collaborate to get things done, to the benefit of our customers. A position as Business Area Manger requires travelling, and you 're preferable based on one of our offices in Europe.

Description

• Communicate product vision, investigate, select and drive product development from a commercial perspective

• Align product with customer needs, position against competitors and align with the company 's business models

• Package commercial offers to align with market needs

• Calculate and recoup product area based on product life cycle

• Deliver on your Business Area 's quota, both in terms of product vision and revenue

• In all, assure efficient execution of your Business Area 's strategy

Key Qualifications

• Experience in commercial product management

• Minimum 2 years experience in similar role, incl. packaging of offer, with great track record

• Experience in working towards your own PnL-budget
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
• Great communicator with a customer-oriented and business mindset
• Bachelor 's degree in sales/marketing is preferred
