MultiMind is looking for a driven Business analyst (BA) within Marketing Automation and Marketing Technology (MarTech)/BI domain. This is an exciting consultancy opportunity starting as soon as possible.
About Position: The team who wants you to be a new colleague is focusing on Customer Value Management (CVM) and Marketing Automation based on BI-data working close together with Digital channels (for example apps, TV, web) in order to grow and loyalize existing customer base.
Must Have Have great facilitation, communication and analytical skills.
Be able to cooperate with stakeholders, developers and testers in order to understand the stakeholders needs and together describe the requirements in a clear and understandable way.
Be able to understand and talk business language and have business understanding.
Be confident to lead investigations and find ways of contacting other teams and systems. Confident to approach all necessary stakeholders.
Be able to clarify the goal and business value of Minimum Marketable Features and get a Good understanding of the business domain and business goals
Assist the Stakeholders in collaboration with the team in writing user stories to the level of granularity required by the team
Able to clarify any ambiguity until it is understood by the team
Be a Swedish speaker but proficient in speaking and writing English.
Like agile way of working
Nice to have: Have experience from test planning and test leader would be an asset.
Have Experience from Marketing Technology/MarTech, Marketing Automation, Digital channels/Online is an asset.
Previous Telecom experience is and asset.
