Visma is looking for a talented and passionate Business Analyst. You will be a product champion and assist your development team to make world-class software.
Our successful Visma.net solutions are widely in use across Europe.
You will work as a Business Analyst in an experienced development team working with our new Cloud offerings.
You will also work across teams with product development, quality and tactics on a more holistic level.
What you will do
Advise and guide our development teams to deliver a world-class cloud HRM product with high quality and usability
Gather information and stay on top of legislation and user need
Secure that user stories, specifications and other description of requirements are according to the market needs and stakeholders
Define, plan, and conduct user research
Constantly look for ways to improve the product and our quality
What we are looking for
Experience in working agile with product improvements in complex solutions
Passionate about creating magic user experiences
Focused on helping your co-workers find weaknesses and improvements, and contribute to making your team an awesome place to work
Good communication skills (English), both within and outside the team
You love to lead the way, grow competence, inspire and explore new ways of working
