We are now looking for a Business Analyst within Group Risk, CAD team who will support the capital adequacy reporting process in Swedbank by driving credit risk related topics for business requirements work.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Be part of the core team responsible for driving requirements work and validating implementations for the upcoming regulations in Swedbank capital adequacy process;
•
Support business users in questions related to Capital Adequacy systems, implementations and data quality;
• Be part of the team implementing a new regulatory capital calculation solution for the critical capital adequacy process in Swedbank;
• Work in an international environment with a professional and supportive team;
• Have a good work-life balance and flexible working options;
• Increase your experience in agile development and project management.
What is needed in this role:
• Knowledge about capital adequacy area and /or knowledge of the credit risk area;
• Be comfortable with documenting business requirements and/or testing suggested solutions;
• Interest in understanding information relationships and systems;
• Strong analytical skills;
• An academic degree in a relevant subject;
• SAS/SQL skills;
• Excellent communication skills in English;
• Being a highly motivated, self-driven and solution-oriented;
• Ability to easily cooperate with other professionals as well as the capacity to meet deadlines and deliver with high standards.
