hela Sverige We are now looking for a Business Analyst/Solution Leader Systems Engineering
In this role you will be reporting to the Delivery Manager VCE Europe, Solution Center VCE.
Role mission & context
You will assume responsibilities for applications used by Volvo CE in the Systems Engineering area, including PTC solutions Integrity Modeler and Integrity Lifecycle Manager. You will be interfacing a number of stakeholders in Volvo CE Technology, and be involved in projects where Volvo CE has very high ambitions for the future.
Responsibilities and Powers:*Propose changes that make the software product more efficient and/or reduce operation or maintenance cost
• Provide input to visual design related to end user perspective
• Understand complex issues and identify opportunities and risks
• Recommend alternative solutions and identify deficiencies when necessary
• Provide process and functional application support (business solution support) within the dedicated solution area
• Main point of contact for business requirement, roll out needs etc.
• Facilitate modelling and analysis of business processes and operations from a requirement management perspective or design concepts for a product
• Identify risks regarding the functional solution from an User Experience and/or Business Analysis perspective and proposes changes in business processes, IT implementations and/or operations when necessary
• Secure that the Solution delivery plan is aligned with the level of business criticality for the solution
• Define authorization rules for application access and manage application access
• Handle the Process & Solution Key User network in collaboration with the Solution Process Developers
• Secure solution competence for functional application support
• Maintain personal competence on covered application functionality and integrations
• Secure continuity management for the solution
• Propose prioritization of changes in the solution like error corrections and change requests
• Propose the release plan for the solution including new development in line with business priorities
• Define and decide which business functionality, or information integrity tests to be part of a user acceptance test and secure that user acceptance and regression tests will be performed
• Make sure that training needs are identified and training portfolio is secured for the solution including complete training material
• Communicate enhancement estimates to the Business Subportfolio Manager
• Ensure all changes to covered solutions are performed through agreed change process
• Ensure that the solution lifecycle is properly executed
• Set the requirements and approve hand over from project to maintenance
• Secure that all individual solutions within the assigned sub-portfolio continuously adhere to Volvo Group Policies, Directives and Guidelines
• Secure alignment to governance directives, best practices, business processes and implement recommended tools and methods
• Propose needed service level targets and support in measurement of SLA adherence

As a Business Analyst you will create an efficient and trustful day-to-day operation. You have proven experience in business and excel in demonstrating core values according to the Volvo Way.
Since you are part of a global unit, with global responsibilities, you will need to actively cooperate with various stakeholders and navigate with ease in a multi-cultural environment.
Required Competencies
• Relevant university degree
• Strong business understanding of the DVP process, specifically Systems Engineering
• Ability to drive key users network
• Efficient in networking and relationship building skills
• Ability to manage in a functional environment
• Ability to drive change
• Excellent communication & presentation skills are a requirement
• Complete proficiency in English is a requirement
