hela Sverige Within Group IT DVP (Develop Product & Aftermarket Product) Solutions, PCM (Portfolio and Cost Management) solution center manages a wide range of business capabilities for the Volvo Group in the DVP process area. PCM develops and maintains IT applications in different areas, such as portfolio, project management, project and product cost, resource management and other business administration areas. We are close to 30 employees, spread on sites in Gothenburg, Lyon and Bangalore. The competencies are IT development, IT testing, IT architecture, IT delivery and solution lead and business analysts. To fully manage our responsibility, we also engage a large number of people, from SITS (Shared IT Services) and BA (Business Administration) Solutions, for our deliveries.
We are, now, increasing the team by hiring an IT Business Analyst with focus on DVP Project Management. Here, one important area is product change from idea (PMR prestudy) to industrialization (via introblock projects). As there are active projects here, a lot is changing. Other areas of project management are risk management, scope management, etc. where we are likely to soon make improvements.
The position will require close cooperation with both business and IT. Key is to understand, challenge and propose how to meet business needs with IT components. You will have opportunities to establish networks, get good insight into important business areas and create a lot of value for business daily work.

The profile we are looking for:
• Minimum of Bachelor degree in academics
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as IT business analyst
• Knowledge in Volvo DVP processes is a bonus
• Good team working skills
• A positive and creative mindset
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Possibility for occasional travel
• Are located in France or Sweden
