What you'll do
The PLM function within Cytiva consists out of 15 employees who work globally with systems such as MAGIC (Enovia PLM), xCAD and Sales-& Product Configurator platform.
As a Business Analyst, you will work with the business and IT to ensure strategic, tactical and operational alignment in order to standardize processes and improve associated system capabilities to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
Responsible for developing standardized processes (mainly design related) and associated system capabilities (mainly MAGIC=Cytiva PLM) to maximize productivity, whilst ensuring compliance, scalability/growth and alignment with overall business priorities
Through effective global and horizontal teamwork/collaboration, develop and drive continuous improvement of engineering- and compliance processes and associated system capabilities
Support relevant sub-businesses and functions and translate their needs and functional requirements into enhancement requests (projects and jobjars) to be delivered by IT (or Cloud/SaaS vendors).
Responsible for documentation, training, testing and end user support (expert level)
Global User Council Chairman for a MAGIC area, and be active in the global Governance Board
Who you are
Solid background from R&D/Engineering/Product Development
BSc degree in Engineering/Technology or equivalent
Proven ability to work with cross-functional, multi-cultural teams and deliver results in an ambiguous- and dynamic environment
Strong influencing- and change agent skills
Experience from standardization, process- and systems improvements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English (oral and written)
Willing to travel domestically and internationally
