In Electrolux, Business Area Europe Operations is the key function to drive operational excellence in the full value chain by leveraging on scale and digitalization in strong integrated cooperation with the consumer experience organization.
Comprising the functions in purchasing, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, R&D, connectivity, sourcing and environmental affairs, European Operations coordinates and executes activities and programs to deliver on the short and long term financial and nonfinancial objectives.
We are looking for a passionate Business Analyst to join our Finance team and help the organization shape living for the better.
Typical day at work
As part of Electrolux Controlling team in Business Area Europe, you will be supporting our Business leaders and Controllers with proactive analysis and by developing tools and routines for better business decision support. You will have the opportunity to work in a truly multinational environment and will interact in different kind of social and cultural contexts.
You will be reporting, consolidating & analysing financial results and prepare weekly and monthly financial reports. You will ensure the quality and accuracy of the overall forecasting process and actual results. Furthermore, you will be involved in the planning and implementation of the Budget process with quarterly forecasting reviews. An important task will be to continuously work on standardising, simplifying and automating the processes to improve and speed up the processing of information. You will also be following up on Central Cost and cost centre reports and occasionally support controlling projects related to reporting and data transparency.
You will primarily act as Business partner to the European Manufacturing controller, working with the factories in our business area. There will also be opportunities to collaborate with other functions within Operations, such as Supply chain & Logistics, Purchasing and Quality. In this role, you report to the Process, Analysis and Reporting Manager within the Operations Controlling team of Business Area Europe and will be based in our headquarter office in Stockholm, Sweden.

Education & experience:
* You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or Finance.
* 3 or more years from a similar position.
* You have a passion for Business and Financial analysis.
* Advanced user in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
* You have knowledge of SAP BI or similar financial reporting and analysis systems.
* Fluency in English.
