The position includes reporting and analysis based on both short- and long-term information and to internal and external surfaces. Position holder has the mission to deliver best in class financial reporting.
You are responsible for following monthly reports:
• Prepare monthly expense reports
• Maintain price lists via the SAP
• Compile data and conduct GAP analysis to business needs
• Support forecasts of NNS, TTS, Customer Contribution to ensure alignment with Monthly Business Planning and Dynamic Forecast
• Preparation of multi dimensional sales reports and business planning tool through using outside legacy systems and in house reports for 4 countries.
In addition to the above, you should provide the business with internal reports, such as:
• KPI reports (Genex, CCS, daily sales, HR statistics, etc.)
• Design, create and maintain other local and / or ad hoc reports
• Prepare and analyze the identified KPI data, which is part of GLOBE KPI's framework
• Support Sales Team through transparency, alignment and proactive cooperation
For new business ventures, you will support with;
• Implementation work and then follow up to ensure the establishment.
• Support marketing team for preparation and analysis of market shares
You are also the person who assists in the internal or external audits as required.
In trade and procurement are you the person who;
• Prepares template for Capex requests
• Pump Accounting (Capitalization, Depreciation, Scrap)
• ROI analysis of pumps
In addition to the above are to report to headquarters, preparation of deliverables, templates and prepare tools to support Tender Process.
Moreover is to be a significant resource in the implementation of GLOBE and support the business through preparation of data.
Required Qulifications
• Excellent knowledge of SAP, Excel and MS Office
• University degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics or Finance
• 2-3 Years experience
Conditions: This is a temporary assignment, with possibilities to be permanent. The position is based in Stockholm.
