Do you want to be a part of a transformation journey changing the digital landscape for the advisors?
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Together with the Agile Product Owner work with requirements and relevant stakeholders
• Help Agile Product Owner to break down investment opportunities into MVP's and user stories in the backlog
• Anchor the backlog items with relevant stakeholders
• Describe acceptance criteria and make sure those are understandable to the rest of the team
• Help the team to deliver frequently shippable products, iteratively and incrementally, maximizing opportunities for feedback and value
• Plan and estimate the work together with the team
• Act as team player in the cross functional team and constantly improve the way of working
• Acceptance test developed features before release

What is needed in this role:
• Good understanding in Agile and Lean ways of working

• Be able to communicate effortlessly in English, both in writing and in speech

• Ability to drive data driven development. Is data oriented and can extract and analyse reports from analytics tools

• Can perform small scale user testing themselves

• Can facilitate workshops in bigger groups to gather requirements

• Can work under pressure and strict deadlines

• Can translate requirements to user stories for the development team to understand and work on it

• Acts as a bridge between stakeholders and development team

• Can manage and coordinate dependencies within and outside the team

• Preferably you have an academic degree in an appropriate discipline
