We are seeking a business analyst to join our fun, fast-growing team in Stockholm. Your task will be to dig deep into large sets of data to discover patterns and provide insights that helps our clients better understand their business and takes our product's performance to the next level.

At [24]7 Customer Acquisition Cloud we are faced with millions of data points to try to solve the challenge to get the best predictions on cost and performance that translates into customer value in the Google Adwords marketplace and similar channels. You will be faced with many unknown patterns in the data that is dependent on a huge parameter space, a complex and adaptive auction, complicated by ever changing competitor behavior. You will be part of a core team responsible for identifying issues and finding improvements for both our clients' accounts and our product team.

The company's customer engagement platform assists several hundred million visitors across all channels, and engages in 1.5 billion conversations annually, most of which are automated. Profile:
• Data driven and fast learner
• Looking for a complex space with constant challenges that require creativity to solve
• Want to work with the smartest people and highest performing product in the industry
• Excellent analytical skills, logical and structured thinking
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written in English.
• Able to visualise or report your results/analysis in a way that is clear, unambiguous and impactful
• Strong Excel skills and bonus points for R and programming or a proven interest in statistics
• Bachelor's degree or higher

Responsibilities:
• Analysing product performance and finding new pockets of value
• QA of new product rollouts and troubleshooting potential issues
• Help clients understand the technical aspects of the [24]7 Predictive Search Biddings approach
• Work with Account Management team to improve performance, satisfy client requests and provide insights into their business
• Get the opportunity to dust off your inner Hemingway and contribute to the [24]7 Customer Acquisition blog
• Gain exposure to other [24]7 products and understand how they all fit together to become a well-rounded digital marketing whiz
