To our client we are now looking for a Business Analyst to understand, document, analyze and manage the requirements for the construction and testing of IT solutions. This includes interviewing stakeholders, gathering and compiling user requirements, recommending milestones and deliverables to meet the request of the business.
Your tasks will for example be:
• Assist in the in-depth analysis, identification and translation of business needs into functional system requirements.
• Organize and lead the sprint refinement session.
• Responsible for making sure that product delivered meets intended business value, via UAT and acceptance tests.
• Detail user stories by adding acceptance criteria and Definition of Done (DoD).
• Align with the Product Manager to prioritize user stories and assign stories to the relevant teams.
• Support with training material development, UAT and continuous improvement.
• Develop understand of analysis and overall process re-engineering including business process modelling, capability gap assessment, and definition of solution approach and scope.
• Conduct feasibility studies on proposed solutions.
• Document specifications and interfaces between new systems, and system enhancements and detailed specifications.
• Work in close collaboration with other teams including solution architects, development, testing and deployment.

Qualifications
• You have understanding of tech fundamentals such as software development, architecture, integration, cloud, web-applications and micro-services.
• You have experience in business analysis or related technical field (application development, technical product owner, deployment/implementation and infrastructure).
• You are used to working according to to Agile Methodologies.
• You are fluent in English in speech and writing.
• Knowledge within retail and e commerce as well as process improvement and optimization is beneficial.

Salary
Salary as agreed.
Admission and Application
Full time, office hours. Possibility to work 20% remote. Our client wishes to start around 2024-03-03 and the assignment is expected to run until 2024-09-03 with possibility of extension. You will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant with our exciting client.
