You will be reporting to: Supply Chain Analytics Lead

All about the role:
We are on an exciting transformational journey of our IT landscape and our ways of working. You will be in the middle of the Operations Analytics and Data Management Team, dealing with information for our Global Operations (manufacturing, supply chain, logistics). The team is composed of business analysts/project managers, data engineers and data analysts and is crucial in delivering key company initiatives in the area of supply chain, transportation, warehousing & manufacturing.
We have a complex IT landscape, both on and off SAP, from which our analytics solutions on SAP BW/ Azure/Power BI are integrated. The role is a combined business analyst/project manager role with great autonomy and possibility to discover a vast area in terms of Electrolux processes and systems with a specific focus on supply chain.

What you'll do:
• Provide comprehensive Business Analysis of requirements for BI Tools (SAP/BW, BOBJ, Azure, Power BI) to support Operations processes end to end.
• Drive analytics projects from A-Z from initial requirement through delivery and implementation to adoption with clear understanding of end product and business value.
• Drive and facilitate workshops, meetings, collaboration forums virtually through Miro/Mural and other tools.
• Be a servant leader who coaches and facilitates the deliveries of the squad consisting of data analyst and data engineer in accordance to the backlog (in Azure DevOps) and lead daily stand-ups.
• Work closely with IT core teams, architects, platform teams and business stakeholders for excellent delivery within area.
• Proactively drive continuous improvement

Who you are:
• University degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of experience from working with analytics - preferably from a manufacturing company.
• Project Management experience ( preferably both agile and waterfall)
• Previous experience working with BI Tools (SAP/BW, BOBJ, Azure, Power BI) to support Operations processes end to end.
• You can easily connect to other people and communicate recommendations and results both orally and written in English.
• You are eager to understand relations and patterns and draw conclusions of as-is and should be scenarios.
• Results-oriented and demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build and maintain good cross functional working relationships.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet goals and deliver results effectively.

Where you'll be:
You will be based in Stockholm, Poland (close to our location) or Italy (Pardenone).
