Do you enjoy challenging existing ways of doing things? Are you the person who drives solutions on a conceptual level - asking ''what'' and ''why'' rather than ''how''? Then you might be our Business Analyst! As Business Analyst, you will facilitate the development and execution of People Digital vision, governance, and strategies to business process owners and stakeholders. You will provide clarity through structure - especially when qualifying new cases, and identify and prioritizing technical and functional requirements.

Some of your key responsibilities:
• Help to define business challenges through in-depth investigation and gathering of technical and non-technical information.
• Outline detailed requirements for a solution and ensure the delivered solution meets those business requirements.
• As-Is understanding and documentation as well as To-Be definition while challenging legacy and convention.
• Drive and compile process mapping, RACI frameworks, data-driven recommendations, and reports.
• Articulate new ideas and balance them against what's technologically feasible and financially and functionally reasonable.
• Delivery lead for primarily cross-product initiatives including roll-out, utilizing participation of other People Digital colleagues as needed (with support of appropriate PO).
• Develop cross product area governance structure and process as well as facilitate and secure up-to-date information.

What you will experience
You will be joining a team who collaborates and support each other. Most of our team members are based in Gothenburg but we also have colleagues in Glasgow. Together we support the business within all regions of Stena Line.

As a Stena Line employee in Sweden we offer you an additional benefits package consisting of travel discounts, health allowance, wellbeing activities, access to a benefits portal and much more.

We believe a hybrid solution between the office and working remote will create the best environment for us to be creative, productive and find a work-life balance creating magic today and tomorrow.

Who you are
At Stena Line your personality matters as much as how good you are at what you do. Regardless of your role, welcoming, caring and reliable guides you in your everyday work and the challenges you face. We believe you are welcoming; you share your knowledge with your colleagues and are always easy to approach. You are caring; you are a true team player who collaborates well with others. We also believe you are reliable; you create results and enjoy challenging existing ways of doing things.

- Knowledge about People processes
- Knowledge about data migration and integrations
