hela Sverige Are you passionate about automation and want to be part of an international agile team? We are looking for a Business Analyst with project manager experience to join our team. We are responsible for the management of the automation platforms ensuring reliable, efficient and scalable services for the entire bank both in the Nordic and Baltic region. The team is located cross-border both in Stockholm and Vilnius.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Capture needs and requirements from stakeholders to ensure that relevant change is implemented
• Conduct high level analysis of business areas to increase insight
• Consult SME's, architects and specialists to drive open topics to conclusion
• Incorporate and influence ways of working within the value stream
• Be responsible and drive Proof of Concepts/Pilots of new automation technologies
• Support IT teams to implement technical capabilities and tools
What is needed in this role:
• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field or equivalent
• Ability to work independently and with people from various backgrounds
• Self-starter with the ability to take own initiatives without the need of detailed instructions
• Good business knowledge
• Agile project management abilities
• Problem solver with a positive can-do attitude
• Excellent communication skills and being fluent in English, both written and oral
