In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Drive improvements in Swedbank's Corporate business and Relationship banking of steering tools.
• Gather business requirements from business users as well as management.
• Work alongside agile engineers and together translate business requirements into steering tool improvements.
• Communicate steering principles and tool updates to the business.
What is needed in this role:
• 10+ years of experience related to the Corporate segment and relationship banking, either as a practitioner or an analyst.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, (or a great reason for not having one).
• Excellent communication skills.
• An open and caring mindset.
