Electrolux is now looking to hire a Business Analyst in Stockholm as part of our team in Major Appliances EMEA Industrial Operations
Key operational responsibilities:
• Collect, analyze and reconcile financial results coming from Electrolux plants for actuals, budget and forecast
• Harmonize calculation methods and presentations for all Electrolux product lines
• Work on reporting optimization projects to reduce workload in the units and centrally and improve reports
• Drive harmonization and centralization of data and reports through a shared data point
• Schedule and be part of monthly business calls for all Product Lines and logistics
• Achieve better financial data integration between logistics and manufacturing
• Work in projects and help document certain work procedures and definitions
• Review reporting on accuracy and get back to plants on specific items to be clarified
• Deep dive in logistics/plants data management to get better transparency and access on data
• Prepare the monthly summary for Executive Leadership Team, GBC and Global Operations about performance
• Manage the closing schedules for Industrial Operations controlling.
• Ad hoc reports and projects
Competencies needed:
• Financial reporting
• Planning and forecasting
Generic qualifications:
• Minimum around 2-3 years experience as Business Analyst or similar position
• Bachelor in economy, finance, controlling or similar required
• Operational Performance (Excel and Power point skills are required)
• Good analytical skills
• Business Acumen
• Team player
• Strong ability to create links between organizations, people and processes
• Experience working with multifunctional interfaces is preferred
• Ability to work under pressure
