We are now recruiting a Business Analyst to play a key role in making this happen and to be part of driving change in the areas that we call Customer Onboarding, Customer Channels & Customer Support. About the role
In the role of Business Analyst, you will work closely with our Product Owners and with our Business Transformation team to handle requirements within the organization. You understand how requirements can be partially delivered to get business value quickly. Furthermore, you refine and convey wishes and requirements to our development teams so that you can jointly develop the best solutions.
The way of working is based on agile development through two-week sprints. You will work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams consisting of Product Owners, Developers, and Testers.
What you will do:
• Be a part of the team and act as a bridge between stakeholders and the tech teams
• Manage, coordinate, and process requirements
• From time to time take the role of a project leader
• Understand work processes and coordinate steps to ensure delivery
• Participate in sprint grooming sessions and sprint reviews
• Communicate, gather, and interpret information
• Drive business challenges toward solutions and take initiatives
Who you are
To succeed in this role, we believe that you have a genuine interest in both technical and business aspects. You are an experienced Business Analyst with a background in Banking/Fintech. You have the ability to work on solutions involving multiple tightly integrated systems, and equally important, you are a team player who likes to contribute and share knowledge with the team.
We believe you have:
• Experience from working within Banking/Fintech and/or with mortgages
• Experience from working in an agile environment and cross-functional teams
