Business application management is commissioned to develop and maintain a coherent learning system and applications roadmap, that is aligned with IT and HR, supports the learning strategy short & long term and connects the current state, step by step, to our desired state meeting the needs of modern digital workplace learners.

Tasks

Develop and maintain a learning system landscape roadmap.
Identify and maintain process maps and documentation.
Find and suggest solutions for important IT integration areas with other HR processes.
Manage introductions and launches of new functionalities, applications and systems.
Benchmark and stay up to date on new developments within learning technologies
Other related tasks: management of demands, change requests, prioritization, testing, cost estimates and follow-up, measurement and reporting, business case development, etc.

Knowledge and skills
Well acquainted with the digital learning systems and applications market

Analytic and creative problem solving
Customer oriented
Communication and active listening skills
Ability to visualise complex issues
Big picture thinking, while attention to the vital details
Teamwork
Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.

Education and experience
Relevant University degree, Instructional Systems Design / HR / OD / Modern Workplace Learning or similar.

Several years of experience from learning technology, managing systems, implementing and optimising learning tools and platforms.
Experienced in project management
