Cochlear is constantly growing and the site in Mölnlycke is now in need of a Business Analyst in the de-partment Quality & Regulatory. The main purpose of this role will be to co-ordinate the overall imple-mentation, development and maintenance of business systems within Q&R.
With the intent to streamline the product development environment globally, Cochlear will implement Windchill in all of its locations. The next step is to implement Windchill during Spring 2010 at their site in Mölnlycke. This will be a crucial step for the further development of the company and we are looking for a project manager that will lead the project for a successful implementation. Together with the project group you will be responsible for the implementation, development and maintenance of the system. In this job you will work closely together with all departments at site but also with colleagues at the head office in Sydney in order to implement the system in-line with the current configuration.
To be successful in this job you need to be an experienced project manager with previous experience of implementing software based PDM systems in a large organization. The role requires good understanding of a company’s business processes, especially product development and manufacturing, and will require management of both people and budgets. Experience of Windchill or any other established PDM- system is essential.
As a person you have a strong drive, you are a problem solver and have a good analytical mind. Further more you have good communication skills, which mean you are able to convince and educate colleagues. Your English is on a high level written as well as oral.
