hela Sverige We are looking for an experienced and passionate build system architect to join Avalanche's core technology group. You will have the overall responsibility for the build systems and build environments at our studios in Stockholm and New York.
Role description and qualifications:
Developing games at Avalanche Studios AAA games development involves building and managing a large and complex code base for diverse platforms as well as enormous amounts of data. The efficiency of the code and asset build systems can be the differentiating factor between a blockbuster success and a failure.
This is where you as the Build System Architect come in.
As the Build System Architect you will assume technical leadership / ownership of all things build system related. You will be responsible for setting the vision for our developers' productivity and for driving development towards maximum day-to-day efficiency.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ Years of relevant experience
Excellent skills in Python
Excellent skills in Java, C#, Go and / or C++
Build system design, implementation, configuration and production
Thorough understanding and knowledge of software development methods and frameworks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Continuous Integration experience, Jenkins in particular
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Experience from setting up run environments for development/testing/production
Experience with version control systems such as Perforce and GIT.
