hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos SimBin Studios AB i Lidköping SimBin is looking for a passionate and tech savy Build Engineer to help our game team with the build process. You will be creating internal and external builds for our upcoming games and expansions. You will also be involved in the build process design and maintenance, as well as code and asset tracking.
You are the one who puts all our work together so you need to have great communication skills and be a great team player. You will be working closely with the whole development team, so you need to "be fluent" in all the "languages" of a game development team: art, sound, UI, QA, management and programming. Having experience in a similar environment would help you and us quite a lot.
You will be working with us in Lidköping, Sweden, on the shores of Lake Vänern and in a newly built and ultra modern office. We are using a personalized SCRUM method to make things happen and get everyone on the same page. We will help you move here and host you in the company apartment until you can settle in.
Responsibilities
Design, create and maintain the build process and tools
Ability to write build tools in C#
Work closely with the development, testers, deployment, and managers to ensure quality builds
Profile
Creatively organized
Curious and passionate about the entire game development process
Flexible, resourceful and self learner
Great team player
Communications diplomat
Skills and experience
Familiar with C#, SQL and/ or Console scripts such as Python
Mastery of a source control tool such as Perforce
Good understanding of the content pipeline in game engines
Experience in preparing builds in a complex team
Great English (speak perfectly, write close to perfect)
