hela Sverige Mercer is seeking a brokerage business assistant for the following position based in Warsaw.
A person in this role will be servicing foreign clients of our company with regards to their group insurance and saving plans. This role also involves constant cooperation with Clients Executives and insurers based in Sweden.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• maintaining quality of data in internal systems and applications,
• preparing analyses and reports for clients,
• preparing correspondence, presentations, leaflets and other documents,
• supporting brokers in client service and business development,
• ad hoc administrative tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
• any experience in insurance will be a plus but is not required,
• good command of Swedish or Norwegian will be preferred,
• good command of English is a must,
• familiarity with MS Office,
• good organization skills, attention to detail and ability to seek improvements within existing processes
