At the surgical clinic in Karlstad County Hospital, we take care of patients with surgical diseases.
Our mission includes urology, vascular surgery, advanced tumor technology, neck surgery, breast surgery, plastic surgery, pediatric surgery, and major trauma. Our staff consists of doctors, nurses, assistant nurses, and medical secretaries. We carry out both planned and emergency surgeries around the clock and all year round.
We are now in need of another experienced breast surgeon, preferably with knowledge in oncoplastic to join our team. At the breast section, we are currently one chief physician and two specialists working together, primarily in the fields of breast cancer and malignant melanoma.
We offer opportunities for research for those who are interested.
