Key Responsibilities of the Breakfast Chef:
Sets up breakfast and lunch stations, ensuring proper amounts are in place for forecasted demands and according to the Senior Chef's instructions and ensures proper service presentation
Maintains buffet breakfast and assists guest with requests
Ensures sufficient supply for next day's breakfast and plans for it
Requirements of the Breakfast Chef:Flexibility and a positive, Yes I Can! Attitude
An eye for detail
Is a creative problem-solver
Passionate about creating extraordinary service
Ability to work as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction
Strong verbal communication skills
Likes having fun at work
Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential
