Bravida TSM (Technical Service Management)
Bravida TSM performs inspection and maintenance, technical service as well as preventive and corrective maintenance. We take total responsibility for all aspects of the ongoing management of properties, from hospitals to small apartment buildings. We have technical expertise that covers all the systems that are part of a modern property. Electricity, power and backup power, command and control systems, cooling, ventilation and heating systems and various types of special facilities.
Being a technician at Bravida TSM
Bravida TSM is looking for technicians to a new exciting and innovative project in Luleå. The project is one of the world's most high-tech and energy efficient data centers and one of Bravida's largest projects. As a technician you will be responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of technical installations. You will report discrepancies or defects in materials and installations and ensure that the work performed follows the company's business system and routines.
We need technicians with special expertise in the areas specified below:
Electricity
Heating/Cooling/Ventilation
Mechanics
Since there is a need for technicians being on site around the clock the employment involves working in shifts and during inconvenient working hours.
Personal requirements
You must be a good team player, service minded and very responsible and thorough in your work. It is important that you are able to understand how different installations interact and that you have an understanding of building management systems. You need to be motivated to perform a high quality job and show good results.
It is important for Bravida TSM to be proactive; therefore it is crucial that you have a positive attitude and keep your eyes open for opportunities for us to develop and improve operations.
If you are prepared to work hard and are committed, there are opportunities for personal development within the company.
Skill requirements
It is essential that you are fluent in Swedish and technical English since the project management is both Swedish and English.
Technical college/university degree is looked upon favorably.
You need relevant technical work experience to have full understanding of the work tasks.
That you have very good computer skills is given since you'll be working in a highly computerized environment.
You must have great knowledge in heating/cooling, ventilation and electrical installations.
You must have a driver's license.
