Job description
As a Branding and Marketing Communications Director you’ll be collaborating with Headquarter, regional and country level, you’ll work with cross-functional teams (with account team, country managers, and public affairs etc.)
You’ll have the following responsibilities:
• Develop, deliver and manage corporate image, branding and marketing communications for Huawei CEE&Nordic Region
• Develop, deliver and manage CEE&Nordic branding & Marketing and Communications strategy, integrated plans programs and budget
• Design, plan and deliver key message, high-level Marketing communication materials, advertisement, major events and customer programs, analyst relations in CEE&Nordic region
• Develop and manage regional and country specific communications programs, internal and external and conducted communications
• Collaborate with Headquarter, regional and country level, work with cross-functional teams (with account team, country managers, and public affairs etc.)
• Manage external marketing communications agencies
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
• Bachelor degree or above
• Specalized in Branding, Marketing, Communications
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in branding & marketing communication
• B2B branding experience, telecom industry experience preferred
• Strong communication skills required, including writing, design or creative direction, and speaking. Excellent project management skills, including managing and orchestrating participants outside of the Branding & Communications team
• Ability to work on cross-functional teams and serve as an internal consultant in the areas of marketing and communication
• Strong presentation skills, proficiency in both written and spoken English
It’s an advantage if you have previous experience from working in a high paced international company. For this position it’s important for you to be responsible and used to working individually.
