Strategy & Business Office
Strategy & Business Office is the department within Global Customer Service (GCS) that is responsible for the strategic development in Global Customer Service, strategic projects and cooperations as well as leading the work within Global Customer Service towards higher operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Brand Protection Enforcement
We are now recruiting a Brand Protection Enforcement Manager that will lead work to take action against illegal and/or unauthorised use of Volvo Car assets (first of all software).
Main responsibilities:
* Identify, investigate, initiate, negotiate, co-ordinate various commercial and legal actions against illegal and/or unauthorised use of Volvo Car assets (first of all software).
* Cooperate with central Legal, and Intellectual Property in legal and brand protection related issues.
* Support police and other government agencies
* Develop brand protection enforcement strategies for GCS.
* Work through internal and external networks and provide legal & brand protection enforcement expertise and competence to the GCS, R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and Purchasing organisations.
* Influence processes and documentation to support brand protection enforcement
* Support Human Resources, GCS, & R&D concerning employee misuse of Volvo Car Group property.
Qualifications
* High level of business understanding, analytical and communication skills.
* Academic degree in law or equivalent. Ability to drive cases.
* High level of energy, trustworthy and strong judgement.
* Planning and organisation skills needed to handle projects and interfaces with various stakeholders.
* High ability to cooperate and work in a team environment.
* Fluent in English, written and spoken. Additional language is an advantage.
The position is located in Gothenburg.
