Do you have extensive experience from Pharmaceutical sales and marketing, including strategic planning? Have you worked in more than one Nordic country or on a Nordic level? The Actavis North Europe Cluster is looking for a Brand Manager Pharma who will be responsible for the business area in the North Europe Region. You will be responsible for strategic development, planning and execution of marketing activities to achieve sales- and profitability goals in the North Europe Region within Prescription product (Rx).

Publiceringsdatum2013-12-04Dina arbetsuppgifterThe Brand Manager Pharma North Europe has responsibility for Prescription products (Rx). The therapeutic areas are e.g. within Dermatology, Addictive disorders, Female Health Care and Neurology. The products are both branded products and generic products that are not substitutable in pharmacies.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
• within the business area, engage in the development of the regional marketing strategy
• execute the development of common North Europe marketing activities and consultation in local markets activity planning
• support product and service development initiatives
• supervise and motivate staff members in the country organisations to achieve business targets
• ensure the development of an outstanding KOL (Key Opinion Leader) knowledge and relations in the marketing organization
• respond to market feedback requested from corporate teams
• coordinate and execute planning and budget activities within the business segment.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
As a potential candidate you have substantial project- and brand management experience as well as strong understanding of customer and market dynamics within the business area. You also have extensive experience from Pharmaceutical sales and marketing, including strategic planning. Knowledge and experience of Regulatory and Logistic timing and logics are central. As a candidate it's desired that you have previous experience from working in more than one Nordic country or on a Nordic level.
To be successful it's important to have experience of coordination of teams and an ability to lead teams within tight time frames and with responsibility of several parallel projects. Therefore it's essential to have manager experience and proven people management skills. Personal skills that are important for success in the role are structured in work progress, creative and ability to take own initiatives as well as strong skills in personal communication. You are also analytical, calculating and self-reliant.
It's required that you have a university degree or equal as a Nurse, a Pharmacist or within Marketing/Business/Finance. It's significant that you have strong English skills, both in presentations and in writing.
