We are now looking for a Brand Manager who can effectively lead our consumer brand engagement across the Nordics that will enable us to fuel our journey towards a smoke-free future even faster.

About the role
You will own and deliver solid annual brand plans based on regional and country-specific objectives. Establish strong brand and consumer engagement campaigns and events in own channels and events/festivals where the brand is present. Secure brand growth/equity and consumers' brand perception (awareness, understanding, engagement, likeability).

Main accountabilities:
• Deliver the right strategic positioning of the brand and understand it 's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and provide corrective measures where needed
• Develop Omni-channel consumer brand engagement and activation plans for Nordics together with the senior brand manager and take lead on the plans and deployment
• Develop and implement brand activities based on consumer behaviour and trends. Contribute to the full omni-channel strategy and find ways to further optimize the plan. Coordinate with all relevant departments to ensure consistent communication across all channels
• Supervise events and tactical campaigns in retail and deliver content for the indirect retail and Digital trade engagement teams
• Collaborate with service providers/vendors and manage the quality of provided services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, and ensure the brand identity is successfully translated across all creative work
• Budget management for local market and individual projects
• Maintain knowledge of the global PMI brand toolbox, identify suitable tools with successful learnings from other PMI affiliates and adapt tools to local market needs
• Identify and initiate critical brand specific research needs and in coordination with the Consumer Insights function and in market experience, generate insights and follows-up with specific action plans improving brand appeal, marketing effectiveness and brand volume & share performance.

Who you are:
• Completed College/University degree or equivalent
• A minimum of 5 years marketing or sales experience in FMCG including a minimum of 2 years in marketing. Sales experience is an asset
• Prior people management experience
• Strong networking and stakeholder management skills
• A team-oriented approach and experience of working in commercial- and cross functional teams
• Proficiency in English is required, knowledge of a Nordic language would be a strong advantage
• Strong understanding of Nordic consumers and trends

This role can be based in either in Stockholm or Copenhagen.
