Drive the creation of the product positioning that clearly sets the products apart from its competitors.
Work with the Insights team to deliver player and market insights to inform feature prioritization, product improvements and marketing decisions.

Give ongoing support to the Campaign team by providing up-to-date factsheets, ensuring development roadmap changes are communicated.

Responsible for building budget scenarios and planning the total marketing budget for each year (and mid-year reviews), to be approved by the Product Owner, supported by the Campaign and Community Leads.
Responsible for brand level budget planning e.g. insights, key art, logo and other brand/franchise level work in close collaboration with the GTM Lead (who is responsible for the overall budget allocation & spend).
Evangelize the product internally and externally through presenting to stakeholders at all levels.
Drive creation of and brief brand visual ID (key art, logo, brand style guide), working closely with the in-house creative team to deliver these on brand and to the highest quality.
Validate and approve brand visual ID so that it can inform all marketing assets.
Be the primary marketing contact in the product team, ensuring they are empowered to lead the product to critical and commercial success.
Be the player advocate and bring your deep knowledge of player needs to the product team and marketing teams to improve their work.

You're a seasoned brand/product marketer with over 3 years experience, who's lived through game launches on PC and console and led marketing efforts that brought these to market. Sometimes it went well and you felt proud of the team effort, other times the success came from what you learnt along the way.
Able to understand the market and players in depth, you set long term goals, then plan and deliver the marketing campaigns for multi year live services. You are not afraid to get hands-on when required to ensure the marketing lives up to player expectations.
You love games and understand gamers enough to keep track of current and future trends in the market, looking out for cultural shifts and opportunities.
